As the Senior Growth Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by leading a data-driven approach to monetization. This role combines strategic thinking, deep product management expertise, and growth hacking to optimize user behavior and unlock scalable revenue streams. You’ll take ownership of designing and executing a robust experimentation framework while managing a cross-functional team to deliver impactful results.
Your mission: to turn insights into action, enhance customer lifetime value, and ensure our monetization strategies are as innovative as they are effective.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the Growth Strategy: Define and execute a backlog for monetization growth, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to align on growth objectives and execute experiments.
• Build and Scale Experimentation Frameworks: Establish robust A/B testing and experimentation systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Optimize Funnels and User Journeys: Identify and resolve drop-off points to improve conversion, retention, and upsell rates.
• Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Use advanced analytics and customer insights to inform your strategies and validate hypotheses.
• Develop Scalable Solutions: Craft and implement monetization models, pricing strategies, and feature optimizations.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire your team, fostering a high-performance environment that thrives on innovation and accountability.
Skills to create thrills:
• Growth & Product Expertise: 5+ years of experience in growth and product management, ideally in high-growth startups that scaled from 0 to 1.
• Monetization Mastery: Proven ability to develop and implement successful monetization strategies.
• Experimentation Leader: Extensive experience setting up and managing experimentation frameworks, with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
• Data-Driven Innovator: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Collaborative Leader: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align diverse teams and drive shared goals.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrable track record of driving significant revenue growth through product-led initiatives.
