HR Generalist

What you’ll do:

• Conduct recruitment and hiring procedure;
• Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
• Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates;
• Conducts employee orientation and exit;
• Manages foreign employees’ health insurance plans and medical check for Chinese stuff;
• Provides assistance to employees in areas where communication in Chinese is crucial;
• Administrates social welfare and keeps accurate records (Social Welfare, Housing Fund);
• Overviews foreign employees’ immigration procedures (L visa, F visa, Z visa, work permit, residence permit, registration form of temporary residence’s application and extension);
• Keeps good knowledge about Chinese labor law and social welfare regulations;
• Conduct labor contract renewal and modification;
• Takes initiative to maintain accurate and up-to-date HR related documents;
• Assist company events;
• In general, resolves unexpected issues and performs other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Skills to create thrills:

• BA Degree;
• At least 3 years of HR related work experience, IT recruitment experience is a must;
• ATS experience;
• Familiar with the HR Recruiting process;
• Good English and communication skills;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Be able to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Detail orientation;
• Analytical mind;
• Be initiative;
• Decision Making.
