TNC Journeys: Unlocking Phuket’s Nature and Culture

Jan 13, 2026   /

Two years apart—yet in Phuket, it felt like no time had passed. Memebers from our global sister companies reunited once again, crossing borders and time zones to close out 2025 with laughter, warmth, and genuine connection.

Before diving in, take a moment to watch the video below and let the energy of Phuket set the mood.

It was a week shaped by shared ideas, cultural exchanges, time spent in nature, and a few unexpected surprises—every moment one worth remembering.

Work may connect us every day, but in Phuket, it was nature that brought us closer.

Our journey began in a green, peaceful elephant sanctuary. Surrounded by forest and soft breezes, we listened as guides spoke about the elephants’ daily lives—their habits, personalities, and diets.

Each of us got a basket of bananas as a friendly “hello”—and in seconds, the elephants’ trunks curled with precision, snatching the treats. Sometimes, they even added a playful touch—a damp “elephant kiss” on the cheek or a gentle tug that pulled us closer. Laughter, gasps, and camera clicks filled the air as these moments unfolded naturally.

The afternoon ended in the water. Between mud, splashes, and warm sunlight, the experience turned carefree and almost childlike, washing away the weight of our busy routines.

The next day was about slowing down and taking everything in. We started the morning by heading up into the hills to visit Phuket’s Big Buddha. From a distance, it stood quietly against the sky. A simple group photo captured the moment—calm, meaningful, and uniquely ours. From up there, the view unfolded: the Andaman Sea stretched endlessly below, its soft blues drawing out cameras, smiles, and moments of quiet awe.

Later, at Wat Chalong, we walked barefoot up the steps, surrounded by golden walls and intricate carvings. Light and shadow moved gently across the temple grounds. Some paused to take photos, others to reflect in silence—but everyone shared the same sense of calm and reverence.

The final chapter of the trip belonged to the ocean. At Promthep Cape, waves rolled in, the wind moved through the palm trees, and phones came out… then quietly went away. Some moments are simply too vast to capture—they’re meant to be felt.

On the morning of our final day, the rain arrived, shaking up plans. A few ventured out to snorkel through the storm, while others stayed behind, enjoying a slow, peaceful pause at the hotel. Different choices, the same shared feeling.

In just a few days, distance disappeared. We were no longer names on a screen, but people who had shared the same laughter, felt the same breeze, and stood beneath the same horizon. Trips come to an end, but some memories stay with us. Until the next Global Gathering—Phuket will always be one of them.
